Other changes that I would make


ALL remaining 1990 TMC RTS Buses Will be Reapainted and transfered to JFK. All remaining 1993 Orion V Buses will be repainted and Go to CP. All 1993 TMC RTS Buses will be sent to MJQ to send the 1994 TMCs to ENY. All 1996 Orion V Buses will Be OverHauled (needed) and sent to LGA And CP to send back the 1996 and 1999 Orion Vs to NYCTA. The Old Orions Hybrids at ENY would be sent to CAS (listed above).
